The Core One Pro has two ways to switch program.
Method 1: Tap your ear
- Wear the hearing aids.
- Lightly tap your ear to move to the next volume level.
- Listen for the voice prompt that confirms the change.
Method 2: Use the charging case
- Place the hearing aids into the charging case.
- Press and hold the case button for about 3 seconds.
- Watch the charging case screen to see the program change.
Program labels
- P1 = Standard
- P2 = Restaurant
- P3 = Outdoor
- P4 = Tinnitus Masking
