Regular cleaning helps your Torch sound clearer and last longer.
- Place the hearing aid in the charger or power it off before cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the hearing aid with a soft, dry cloth.
- Remove the ear tip or dome if possible and clean away visible wax or debris.
- Use the cleaning brush or tool from your kit to gently clear the sound outlet. Do not push debris deeper into the device.
- Let all parts dry completely before reassembling and wearing the hearing aid again.
Helpful tips
- Do not rinse the hearing aid under water or use alcohol directly on the electronics.
- If the sound still seems weak after cleaning, replace the ear tip or check for a blocked wax guard if your model uses one.
