How to charge your Torch

Charge your Torch every night or whenever the battery is low so it is ready for the next day.

Charging the hearing aids

1. Place each hearing aid into the correct slot of the charging case (L for left, R for right).
2. Make sure the charging contacts align properly — a blue light on each hearing aid confirms it is charging.
3. A white light means the hearing aid is fully charged.

Charging the case

1. Connect the charging cable to the port on the charging case.
2. A blue light on the case confirms it is charging. A white light means the case is fully charged.

If charging is not working

• Remove the hearing aid and reseat it in the case if no light appears.
• Keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
• Use the charging cable provided with your hearing aids.
