A secure fit helps your Torch sound better and reduces whistling (feedback).
Wearing the hearing aids
- Identify the left and right hearing aids — the device is color coded; "Blue" for left and "Red" for right.
- Hold the hearing aid with two fingers so the sound outlet faces your ear canal.
- Insert it gently into your ear with the sound inlet facing upward.
- Seat it in the bowl of your ear until it feels snug and secure.
Removing the hearing aids
- Grasp the hearing aid gently and pull it out of your ear.
- Place it back into the correct slot of the charging case to turn it off.
Fit tips
- If the hearing aid feels loose, whistles, or falls out, try a different ear-tip size (XL, L, M, or S).
- A slight whistling when first inserting is normal and should stop once the hearing aid is properly seated.
- Do not force the hearing aid deeper if it feels painful — remove it and try again.
