If your Core One charging case is not working as expected, the most common causes are power, dirty contacts, or poor alignment.
- Make sure the charging cable is firmly connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different outlet or USB power adapter.
- Clean the charging contacts on the hearing aids and the case with a soft, dry cloth.
- Remove and reseat each hearing aid to make sure it is aligned correctly.
- Allow the case to charge fully before testing it again.
If the case still does not charge or the lights never turn on, contact support for a replacement review.
