Why isn't my Core One charging case working?

If your Core One charging case is not working as expected, the most common causes are power, dirty contacts, or poor alignment.

  1. Make sure the charging cable is firmly connected to both the case and the power source.
  2. Try a different outlet or USB power adapter.
  3. Clean the charging contacts on the hearing aids and the case with a soft, dry cloth.
  4. Remove and reseat each hearing aid to make sure it is aligned correctly.
  5. Allow the case to charge fully before testing it again.

If the case still does not charge or the lights never turn on, contact support for a replacement review.
