Why is my Core One too quiet or silent?

If your Core One sounds weak, quiet, or silent, the cause is usually fit, wax buildup, low power, or settings.

  1. Fully charge the hearing aids and try again.
  2. Make sure the hearing aid is seated correctly in your ear.
  3. Clean the microphone, sound outlet, and ear tip to remove wax or debris.
  4. Increase the volume or switch back to the everyday listening program.
  5. If only one side sounds weak, swap the ear tip or dome and check whether the problem follows the tip or stays with the device.

If the sound is still weak after cleaning, charging, and reseating the hearing aid, contact support.
