Fusion should feel secure but should not cause pain.
Discomfort may mean the eartip is too large, the hearing aid is inserted incorrectly, or your ear needs time to adjust.
If the device causes pain, remove it and try again carefully. If pain continues, stop using it and contact a healthcare professional.
