If Style is not charging, the most common causes are alignment, dirty contacts, or a low case battery.
- Make sure each hearing aid is seated fully in the correct slot.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the case.
- Charge the case and try again.
If the light still does not turn on, try a different cable or power adapter.
