Before using Fusion for the first time, remove any protective stickers and fully charge both hearing aids in the charging case.
- Place both hearing aids into the charging case.
- Confirm they are seated correctly and beginning to charge.
- When fully charged, remove them from the case and slide the switch to the ON position on each hearing aid.
- Wait a few seconds for them to start up.
- Choose the eartip size that feels secure and comfortable before inserting them.
Tip: A full first charge helps the hearing aids perform more reliably during setup.
