If the charging case is not responding, first confirm that the cable and power source are working.
- Reconnect the cable firmly to the case and to power.
- Try a different outlet or charging block.
- To turn the case on: long-press the case button for about 1 second, or plug in the charging cable.
- To turn the case off: long-press the case button for about 5 seconds.
- Short-press the case button to check whether the case has power.
