What do the indicator lights on my Beacon mean?

The indicator lights on the Beacon charging case tell you the charging status of the case and the hearing aids.

Charging case indicator lights

• Blue light: The charging case (or hearing aids inside) is currently charging.
• White light: The charging case (or hearing aids inside) is fully charged.
• No light: The case is not receiving power — check the USB cable and power adapter connection.

What to do if the light never comes on

1. Confirm the USB cable is connected securely to Port B on the case and Port A on the power adapter.
2. Try a different power adapter or outlet.
3. Clean the charging contacts on the case and hearing aids with a soft, dry cloth.
4. Remove and reseat the hearing aids to ensure proper contact.
