Proper storage protects your Fusion from damage and extends its lifespan.
Storage guidelines
- Always store your hearing aids in the charging case when not in use.
- Do not expose the devices or case to extreme heat or cold, or to high-humidity environments.
- Avoid dropping the hearing aids or knocking them against hard surfaces.
- Do not store in environments above 55°C or below -10°C. Operating humidity: 30%–75%rh.
- Fully charge the hearing aids before storing for extended periods. Do not store them uncharged for more than six months.
Cleaning the hearing aids
- Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth or tissue to remove moisture, perspiration, or debris.
- Do not use alcohol or other cleaning solvents, as these can damage the protective coating.
- Do not rinse or submerge the hearing aids in water.
Cleaning the ear tips
- Remove earwax buildup from the ear tips using the enclosed cleaning tool or a soft cloth.
- Clean the charging contacts on the hearing aids and case regularly to ensure reliable charging.
Things to avoid
- Do not use sharp tools to dislodge earwax. Inserting household objects can seriously damage the device.
- Do not swim, shower, or use a sauna while wearing the hearing aids.
- Do not attempt to dry the hearing aids in an oven, microwave, or other heating appliance.
- Do not use an electronic dryer to dry the hearing aids.
- Keep away from children.
