Beacon charges automatically when you place the hearing aids into the charging case correctly.
- Insert each hearing aid into the correct charging slot.
- Check that the devices are seated securely on the charging contacts.
- Look for the charging lights: blue usually means charging and white means fully charged.
Tip: If the hearing aids do not charge, charge the case first and clean the charging contacts.
