Replace the eartips when they become loose, stiff, discolored, or damaged.
- Gently pull the used eartip off the hearing aid.
- Line up the new eartip and push it on securely.
- Check that it is attached fully before wearing the hearing aid.
Tip: A loose eartip can affect sound quality and fit.
