Start by identifying the left and right hearing aids. Hold the device with two fingers and gently place it into the correct ear.
Once inserted, move the hearing aid slightly into the outer ear area for a secure hold. A proper fit should feel secure and comfortable, not painful.
If the device feels loose, whistles often, or feels uncomfortable, try a different eartip size.
