Reasons to not see a blue light on the charging case

Check to see if the charging case is plugged in correctly

  1. To ensure your hearing aid charging case is properly plugged in, please make sure the plug is securely inserted into the outlet. You'll know the case is receiving power if there is a blue light on above the word case
  2. Please make sure that the USB cord is securely plugged into both the charging case and the wall plug. You'll know the case is receiving power if there is a blue light on the above the word case.
  3. If you have checked that all cords are securely plugged in and you still see no light, make sure to try other outlets throughout your area
  4. Check the charging contacts to make sure they are clean. You can use your cleaning materials that came in your kit or take a disinfectant wipe and wipe down the area to ensure that it is clean.

Reasons to not see a white light on the charging case

Ways to check if your charging case is holding a charge

  1.  You may have missed the white light. The white light indicating that the hearing aids are fully charged on stays on for a few minutes before turning off. You can unplug the USB from the charging case and plug it back in. The blue light should immediately pop on and after a few seconds to minutes the white light above the word case should come on again.
  2. The outlet you are using to charge your charging case may not be providing enough power. Try other outlets throughout the area. Charging time should take no more than 2 hours for a full charge.

Here are some examples in the video on how to charge your charging case and how to clean
