Hearing aids not positioned correctly in the ear. |

Volume is set too high. |

Damaged or obstructed ear tips. |

Objects in close proximity. |
Objects in close proximity to the hearing aids (including your hands) may cause them to pick up sounds from the speaker. Ensure that nothing is blocking the microphone after properly placing the hearing aid in the ear.

Obstructions in the ear. |
Obstructions in your ear may cause the sound to reflect off of these obstructions and back to the microphone. We suggest visiting your physician for assistance.
