Insufficient Volume

Here are some tips you can take when your Beacon is providing you with insufficient volume

 

If you are not hearing any sound

  • Beacon hearing aids have a delay when turning on. Please allow anywhere between 5-15 sec for your hearing aids to cut on and connect to your phone
  • Make sure your hearing aids are completely charged. You will know they are fully charged by placing them in the charging case and seeing a light white. Please Note: The white light will only show for a few minutes before shutting off.
  • Make sure the microphone and ear tips or cleaned from any debris or earwax as this can clog the hearing aids and decrease the volume
  • Check Beacon Hearing app to make sure the volume is not only up on the app but also your phone volume.
